Do you need to be a computer expert to have a page at this site?

NO! Most small sustainable businesses are not run by computer experts.  You don't even need a computer to have a website hosted here (An e-mail account would help though). We can design your site and administer it, including taking orders from our designed catalog pages. All you need to do is provide us the information needed to design your website.

What we need to design your website.

Web Page:

A broad range of different pages can be designed. We can design a web presence to fit your need and budget. From simple templates filled in with your Logo, text information, and pictures, to large electronic catalogs with video, audio files, and order interactive forms.

Most sites can be designed from your: pictures, brochures, handouts, letterhead, and other printed material.

We also offer custom design service

At Sustainable Net we can do: logo design, text composition, photo shoots, scanning and editing of pictures/text, all at a reasonable fee.

What are your rates?

We have a payment plan to fit your business needs. Half of the amount you are charged for your site is placed into a nonprofit sustainable community endowment. If your business has less then $50,000 per year of sales, you can select your business for the endowment (these businesses pay half price for their sites). Nonprofit organizations receive additional discounts.

Businesses that already have pages can be linked for :

• $ 20 per year
• plus a onetime $20 setup fee

Businesses that need a page developed will be charged :

• Most sites average$100 per page if you provide the grapics, and text in electronic format.
• $60@hr fee for designing custom web pages 
• $20 per month hosting/maintenance fee for an average site
• More complex and interactive pages have higher maintenance rates, example pages and average fees available.
