QI GONG
QiGong is an ancient Chinese health exercise that develops your “qi” (vital energy) to strengthen your body and to cure disease. It teaches movement and meditation training that connects mind, body, and breathing with Chinese medical principles such as acupuncture points and channels meridians. It addresses the whole body and brings it back to balance. Qigong exercises work with the “qi” to strengthen the body, increase its resistance to illness, and so to prevent disease. When you practice qigong you become more aware of your body. You also open your acupuncture points and channels. This clears the blockage and releases negative “qi”. You also become aware of your body’s problems. Qigong is suitable for everyone.
