SOOJI KOREAN HAND THERAPY
Korean Hand Acupuncture is an evolution of the vast and well established body
of knowledge on which the
practice of acupuncture is based. It further advances the understanding and
treatment of illnesses by revealing
a complex new system of micromeridians on the hand. In KHA we follow all the
basics laws of
Chinese medicine, but we change the location from the traditional body acupuncture
points to very precise
corresponding points located on the hands. The system was discovered in 1972
by Dr. Tae-Woo Yoo and
has been the subject of extensive clinical work both in Korea and in Japan over
the last 19 years. It was
first taught in the US by Dr. Yoo in 1987.
