TAI CHI
Tai Chi is a series of simple, non-strenuous movements that have been known to relax the body and refresh the mind. Moves can be performed by anyone regardless of age or physical condition. Tai Chi can help you feel calm, even in the midst of activity and helps relieve daily tensions and stress based on principlesof relaxed breathing, rhythmic movements and equilibrium of weight. It is a very artistic style of exercise. Another characteristic of Tai Chi is ‘Concentrating on thought rather than Strength’. Beneficial in many ways to body, mind and spirit.
